         Determinates if stack is empty

    Syntax:

         StackEmpty( aStack ) -> lEmpty

         aStack : The created stack with StackNew()

    Description:

         Retuns a logic indicating if stack is empty.

    Return:

         .T. if empty and .F. if it has any element.

    Example:

         aStack := StackNew ()
         StackPush ( aStack, "hello Mathew" )
         If StackEmpty ( aStack )
           ...
