    RipResolution() -> nResolution

 Returns

    Current page resolution (same as the nResolution parameter to
    RipBegin()).

    Resolutions defined in FAXUAL2.CH

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
      1     HIGH_RES        200 (horizontal) x 200 (vertical) DPI
      2     LOW_RES         200 (horizontal) x 100 (vertical) DPI
