 General Errors

    Faxual II error codes for DOS errors are 1000 plus the DOS error code
    (same as Clipper FERROR codes).  We have included error codes and
    messages for the most likely offenders.  See the CA-Clipper Reference
    Guide or a DOS manual for other codes.

 1002    File not found
 1003    Path not found
 1004    Too many open files
 1005    Access denied
 1019    Disk write-protected
 1032    Sharing violation
 1200    Disk full
 1201    Unexpected end of file
 2000    Invalid or missing parameter
 2010    Not enough memory
 2011    Not enough DOS memory

 RIP Errors

 3000    RIP not initialized
 3001    No font selected
 3002    Invalid page size
 3003    Page too large
 3100    Not an XFB font file
 3101    Invalid font file
 3102    Font too large
 3103    Too many fonts
 3104    Invalid font handle
 3105    Not a PCL font file
 3200    Invalid bitmap file
 3201    Invalid bitmap size
 3202    Bitmap too large
