 Open serial port

 Syntax

    SerOpen(<nPort>, [<nRSize>], [<nTSize>]) -> lOK

 Parameters

    <nPort> is a serial port number.  The valid range is 1 to 4.

    <nRSize> is the receive buffer size.  The default is 2048 bytes.

    <nTSize> is the transmit buffer size.  The default is 2048 bytes.

 Returns

    SerOpen() returns .T. on success.  On error it returns .F. and sets
    F2Error().

 Description

    Opens the specified serial port.  The initial settings are:

    SerSpeed(<nPort>, 2400)
    SerFormat(<nPort>, "8,N,1")
    SerHandshake(<nPort>, "DTR+,RTS+,SXFLOW-,DSR-,CTS-,DCD-,RXFLOW-")

    If you are using Telepathy for serial I/O, SerOpen(<nPort>) is
    equivalent to:

    tp_open(<nPort>, <nRSize>, <nTSize>, 2400, 8, "N", 1)
    tp_fifo(<nPort>, 1)
