   Modify any of the top, left, bottom & right report margins.

   nValue         The value of the new margin to be used.

   nType          The type of margin to be changed:

                          LEFT   1
                          TOP    4
                          RIGHT  2
                          BOTTOM 5

   nScale         Inches or centimeters to be used:

                          INCHES          1
                          CENTIMETERS 2
