SET_YDEC()
   Sets the decimal precision of the Y scale labels.

   Syntax
         nDecimals = SET_YDEC([nDecimals] [,nSide])

   Arguments
         OPTIONAL PARAMETERS
         nDecimals   Sets decimal precision of the Y axis.
         nSide       Left or right Y axis 1-left, 2-right

   Returns
         nDecimals   Returns decimal precision of the Y axis.

   Description
         SET_YDEC() sets the precision of the Y axis numeric values. FLIPPER
         automatically calculates this value, but we allow you to change it.
