VERT_LINE()                                                        T_EXAM22
   Draws a vertical reference line at an X scale position.

   Syntax
         VERT_LINE(nXValue [,nColor] [,nPattern])

   Arguments
         nXValue     Sets the X axis scale value.
         OPTIONAL PARAMETERS
         nColor      Sets the color number from the palette. [default 15]
         nPattern    Pattern of the vertical line. [default 1]

   Description
         VERT_LINE() draws a vertical reference line on the screen at an X
         scale position and parallel to the Y scale.
