VW_FLCLOSE()
   Deletes files opened with VW_FLOPEN() from your disk.

   Syntax
         VW_FLCLOSE()

   Arguments
         None

   Returns
         error

   Description
         Before exiting the program, call VW_FLCLOSE() to delete a file opened
         with VW_FLOPEN() from your disk.
