 mousesetrow()       Move the mouse cursor to the specified row

 Syntax
   proc mousesetrow extern
   param value uint uNewRow

 Arguments
   uNewRow is a screen row.

 Return
   None.

 Description
   This procedure positions the mouse cursor to the specified screen row.
