 Description
   This error occurs when a code block started with a proc or func statement
   does not have a terminating endproc or endfunc statement. This error is
   displayed when attempting to nest code blocks. In Force any code block
   must be terminated before starting another code blcok.

 Solution
   Close code blocks with the endproc or endfunc statement.
