 Description
   This error message occurs when the contents of a say/get picture string
   contradicts to the data type of the underlying variable. An example is
   to specify a decimal point for a variable that is not a dbl.

 Solution
   Use picture template and function symbols that correspond to the
   variable passed to the say or get command.
