 311                 Invalid DOS version
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Description
   This error occurs when the Force runtime detects the version of the
   operating system is improper for its operation. The Force runtime library
   requires DOS version 2.0 or greater. If the application requires
   networking support, then DOS version 3.1 or greater is necessary.

 Solution
   Ensure that the proper operating system is installed on the machines
   where the application runs.
