          SETENV filename [enviromentsize]

The "filename" is  usually  COMMAND.COM.   If  no  "enviromentsize"  is
specified, SETENV displays  a number of bytes COMMAND.COM is allocating
for the enviroment table.
The "enviromentsize"  is  a  decimal  number  between  160  and  65520,
inclusive, specifying  the size  in bytes  of the new allocation.  This
number is rounded up to the nearest multiple of 16.
