  Name:     numlock() - get or set the num lock state
  Usage:    <logical> = numlock([<logical>])
  Params:   a logical value, .T. to turn num lock on, .F. to
            turn num lock off
  Returns:  optionally returns the state of num lock when no
            parameters are sent

                 numlock(.T.)
                 * turns num lock on
