        When printing data and index files, if your files have
        different names and you wish the index keys to appear on
        the same page, below the structure, specify the index files
        after the data file on the command line:

        ->dCODE test.dbf test*.ndx test*.ntx

        The following will also work in most cases:

        ->dCODE test*.*
        ->dCODE test.dbf -r

        Using the filespec "*.*" will cause dCODE to scan your files
        prior to printing, and then group like files together
        in the following order:

        Data, Index, Memory, ASCII, Reports, Labels
