  Name:     removeable() - see if a disk contains removeable media
  Usage:    <logical> = removeable([<drive>])
  Params:   string <drive> - drive letter to check, optional - If
            none, then the currently logged drive is used
  Returns:  logical .T. if the drive contains removeable media, .F.
            if not or error
