     This is the right margin (display width) used for message  display.
     If the value is 0 (zero), GoldED will default to the current screen
     width. If a negative value  is specified, that value will  be added
     to the current screen  width (thereby decreasing the  display width
     relative to the screen width).

     If  the  DISPPAGEBAR  keyword  is  enabled,  the  right  margin  is
     automatically decreased by one char.
