     GoldED supports the "address macro" file supported by FrontDoor and
     Maximus. If no path is specified, the file is first searched for in
     the path from the "FD" environment variable and then the  GOLDPATH,
     if the FD variable failed.

     The  address  macros  are  added  *after*  those  defined  with the
     ADDRESSMACRO keyword (if any) (see this for details on the format).
