 Decode an encoded string

 Syntax

        GT_Decode( cString )

 Arguments:

      cString - String to be decoded

 Returns:

      The tring in a decoded format

 Description:

      Uses a decryption algorithm to decode a string that has been encoded
      using GT_Encode()

 Examples:
