Purpose: Label parts of the program.

Format:  .xxxxxxx

Remarks: .         Period is manditory

         x...x     Up to seven printable ASCII characters (except spaces)

         Label must be on a single line with no other commands on that
         line.  The period at the beginning of a label is manditory.

Examples:
