Record Access Error


     A Record Access Error occurs when the reader is
     requested to store data in a record number
     greater than specified with the Open File
     Command.  For example, if file A were opened with
     10 records (numbered 0 to 9) and the reader tried
     to store data in record 10, the message
     "REC.ACCESS ERROR" would be displayed.
