LB_GETTEXTLEN

  This message returns the length of an item in the listbox.

Parameters
  wParam is the 0-based index of the string to examine.
  lParam is not used.

Returns
  The number of bytes in the string, excluding the NULL terminator. LB_ERR
is returned if wParam was an invalid item.
