int pascal GetDlgItemText(HDLG hDlg, WORD id, LPSTR text, int maxcount)
 <MS Windows equivalent>

  This function copies the text associated with a dialog box control
into a user-defined buffer. The copied string will be
null-terminated.

Parameters
  hDlg is the handle of the dialog box which contains the specified control.
  id is the identifier of the control that we want to query. (The id
   is not the same thing as the handle.)
  text is a pointer to a buffer that will be used to store a copy of
   the specified control's text. This MUST be a far pointer.
  maxcount is the maximum number of bytes to copy, excluding the null
   terminator.

Returns
  TRUE if the value was retrieved, FALSE if not.
