 _fstrnicmp() Compare n Characters (Model, Case Independent)

 #include   <string.h>

 int _fstrnicmp(string1, string2, count);
 char _far *string1;            First String
 char _far *string2;            Second String
 size_t count; Number of characters to compare

    This is the model independent version of strnicmp(); it compares
    at most the first count characters of string2 to string1,
    returning a value as shown below. See strnicmp() for more
    information.

    Returns:    * A negative value if string1 < string2.
                * 0 if string1 = string2.
                * A positive value if string1 > string2.

 Portability: Not supported by the ANSI standard.
