    Syntax - L [address [drive sector sectorcount]]

    (Debug) Loads a file from the drive (0 - 3) into memory beginning at
    the specified address.  Loads absolute sectors from the drive
    beginning at sector and until the number specified in sectorcount
    is loaded into memory.

    Example:
            l 04ba:100 2 0f 6d
