b_conmsg()


Syntax:     b_conmsg([<expL>])

Purpose:    Determine / Set console message status

Arguments:  <[expL>] is a logical value         (optional)

Returns:    A logical value

Note:       b_conmsg() always returns the message receive status before
            any changes are made.
