Description
NCB_LSN is a 1-byte field indicating the local session number. This is the
number of the session you have with another name on the network. This is only
valid after a Call or Listen command has sucessfully executed. For Send and
Receive commands under session support, this filed must be correctly filled
in. For datagram support NCB_LSN does not apply.

A number ranging from 1 to 254 is assigned to the NCB_LSN field using a round-
robin modula 255 technique. Hex 00 and hex FF are never returned.

The Reset command uses the field to indicate the maximum number of sessions
supported.
