N_ISFLOCK()


Returns

Logical true if the currently selected file is locked at the current 
station, or if the file is open in Exclusive mode.

Logical false if the currently selected file is not locked at the 
current station, or if no file is open in the currently selected work 
area.


Description

This function enables you to determine if a file is locked by the 
current station without actually applying a  file lock. Note that even 
when the function returns false, it is still possible that a record is 
locked.


Example

IF ! N_ISFLOCK()
   DO WHILE ! RLOCK()
   ENDDO
ENDIF
