Parameters

<cName>
New NetBios name to add. May contain up to 15 characters.

<lGroup>
Logical true if the name is to be added as a group name.


Returns

Logical true if successful, otherwise false.


Description

May take several seconds to complete. Event processing can continue while
NetLib is adding the name.
