   Format of keywords

   All ! keywords (starting with a ! character) must appear at the begin-
   ning of a line, in the first column (no leading blanks). The colon is
   part of the keyword. In this example, the short entry starts just after
   the colon (with a blank).

   Example:
!Short: Topic #1


   The color/character commands (starting with a ^ character) can appear
   anywhere in a !short or a long entry.

   ! and ^ keywords can be in lower-, upper-, or mixed case.
