   Using NGXC/NGXL requires an IBM PC or true compatible (8086 or later)
   and PC-DOS version 3.10 or later.

   NGXC is a Norton Guide object file compiler for DOS. NGXL is a Norton
   Guide database file linker for DOS.

   NGXC/NGXL produce 100% NG-compatible database files, they offer a few
   command-line switches, and they're somewhat faster than their NGC/NGML
   equivalents.
