   Function keys

are available outside the drop menus, F10 anywhere.

   F10 Immediate exit.
If used in dialog box, same as Esc key, with two exceptions:
If message says 'Not all menus read' or 'Entry too
large', Esc will return you to normal, F10 will shut
                   down the database.

   F1 Show available keys.
F2 Display credits information read from the database file
              (possibly just a name).
F3 Repeat last search (press F4 to see current settings).
F4 Pops up dialog box for text search.

F5 or ^B Jump to previous lookup. You can go back through the last 20
lookups this way, then you'll be back where you started.
F6 or ^N Jump to next lookup. Reverse of F5.
These lookups are cleared when you open another database.

F7, F8 Jump to previous (F7) or next (F8) menu item. This is a
              shortcut for using the menus.

   Alt-F9     Toggle EGAlines: 25 <-> 43 screen rows (EGA), 25 <-> 50 (VGA/

Shift-F7 Move main window down Shift-F8 Right

have separate positions and are adjusted to current screen
size every time NGX is popped up.

Shift-F9 Write current database entry to a disk file (plain text
file). If the file exists, you'll be prompted to append to or
overwrite it. Press Esc or F10 to cancel. There will be an Ok
or an error message, depending on the result of the output.

Note: Take into consideration any applicable copyright laws
                    when using this feature.

Shift-F3 Shut down current database and open next (#F4) or previous
Shift-F4 (#F3) database in queue. To use this queueing feature, you
must specify at least two, and up to eight, databases in the
              .ini file.
If you re-enter a queued file, it will be opened where you
              left it.
