        Applies to MCGA/VGA/SVGA only (not EGA).

        This keyword has _no_ effect if
          PaletteChange = off

        If you enable this feature (PaletteLock = on), the palette set by
        NGX will 'survive' most video mode changes, i.e. the colors don't
        disappear on the next mode set.

        However, you should note that if you enter a graphics mode and re-
        enter a text mode while the PaletteLock is enabled, there is a risk
        that you get some weird colors on the screen. In that case, pop up
        NGX to refresh the palette.
