 VolRemTst()
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Purpose:
 Verify if a volume is removeable.

 Syntax:
 bResult = VolRemTst( iVolNum )

 Parameters:
 iVolNum The volume number - 0 for the first volume, 1 for the second etc.

 Returns:
 A boolean value (TRUE or FALSE).

 Description:
 VolRemTst() returns TRUE if volume number iVolNum is removeable.

 Returns FALSE if not, or if an error occurs.

 Example:
 // To display whether the first disk volume is removable:
 bRemove = VolRemTst( 0 )
 do case
    case bRemove
       ? "Volume 0 is removeable"
    case NWErrorGet() = 0
       ? "Volume 0 is not removeable"
    otherwise
       ? "Error"
 endcase

 Notes:
 If FALSE is returned, check NWErrorGet().
