 Print server functions overview

 The print server is a program that takes print jobs from a print queue and
 sends them to a printer. The print server can notify clients when print
 jobs are completed and can also notify a list of clients when a printer
 needs attention (out of paper, form change etc). Print servers can also be
 used to add, delete, or modify printers.
 Users can query the print server for status information, but only operators
 can control or modify the way print servers operate.
 NOVLIB's print server functions can be used to duplicate the functionality
 of Novell's PCONSOLE utility.
