 FSAccountEnabledTest()

 Purpose:
 Verify accounting system is enabled on file server.

 Syntax:
 bResult = FSAccountEnabledTest()

 Parameters:
 None.

 Returns:
 A boolean value (TRUE or FALSE).

 The CA-Clipper name for this function is:
 FSAccEnabTst()

 Description:
 FSAccountEnabledTest() is used to test whether the accounting system is
 enabled on the current file server. Once the accounting system is enabled,
 normally done with SYSCON.EXE, servers can charge users of the file server
 for their services.

 Returns TRUE if accounting is enabled, or FALSE if it is disabled or if an
 error occurs.

 Example:
 // To see if the accounting system of the current file server is enabled:
 if ( FSAccountEnabledTest() )
    ? "Accounting is enabled on server", FSNameGet()
 endif
