 FSLoginStatusGet() / FSLoginStatusSet()
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Purpose:
 Get or set the current file server login status.

 Syntax:
 bStatus = FSLoginStatusGet()
 bStatus = FSLoginStatusSet( bNewStat )

 Parameters:
 bNewStat The new login status.

 Returns:
 A boolean value (TRUE or FALSE).

 The CA-Clipper names for these functions are:
 FSLogStatGet() / FSLogStatSet()

 Description:
 FSLoginStatusGet() returns TRUE if file server login is enabled.

 Returns FALSE if not, or if an error occurs.

 FSLoginStatusSet(TRUE) enables the file server login.
 FSLoginStatusSet(FALSE) disables the file server login.

 Example:
 // To determine whether file server login is enabled:

 bEnableStat = FSLoginStatusGet()
 do case
    case bEnableStat
       ? "Logins are currently enabled"
    case NWErrorGet() = 0
       ? "Logins are currently disabled"
    otherwise
       ? "Error"
 endcase

 // To disable file server login:

 if ( !FSLoginStatusSet(FALSE) )
    if ( NWErrorGet() = 0 )
       ? "File server login is now disabled"
    endif
 endif

 Notes:
 To enable / disable login these functions require that the
 requesting user has console operator rights.
