 FSTTSLevelGet()
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Purpose:
 Get the file server's TTS level.

 Syntax:
 iLevel = FSTTSLevelGet()

 Parameters:
 None.

 Returns:
 A numeric value (signed short int).

 The CA-Clipper name for this function is:
 FSTTSLvlGet()

 Description:
 FSTTSLevelGet() returns the Transaction Tracking System (TTS) level on

 a server or workstation crash, disconnection or power outage.
 Returns NOVERRINT if an error occurs.

 Example:
 // To display the TTS level:
 iLevelNo = FSTTSLevelGet()
 if ( iLevelNo != NOVERRINT )
    ? "The default file server TTS level is", iLevelNo
 endif
