 GrpUserDelete()
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Purpose:
 Delete a user from a group.

 Syntax:
 bResult = GrpUserDelete( lpszUserName, lpszGroupName )

 Parameters:
 lpszUserName  The user name.
 lpszGroupName The group name.

 Returns:
 A boolean value (TRUE or FALSE).

 The CA-Clipper name for this function is:
 GrpUsrDel()

 Description:
 GrpUserDelete() returns TRUE if the user specified by lpszUserName is
 deleted from the user group specified by lpszGroupName.

 Returns FALSE if not, or if an error occurs.

 Example:
 // To delete user STEVE from the group ACCOUNTS:
 if ( GrpUserDelete( "STEVE", "ACCOUNTS" ) )
    ? "User STEVE has been deleted from the group ACCOUNTS"
 endif

 Notes:
 This function requires Supervisor equivalence.

 If FALSE is returned, check NWErrorGet()
