 Purpose:
 Get the bindery security level of an object.

 Syntax:
 iSecurityLevel = ObjSecurityGet( lpszObjectName,

 wObjectType )

 Parameters:
 lpszObjectName The object name.
 wObjectType    The object type.

 Returns:
 A numeric value (signed short int).

 The CA-Clipper name for this function is:
 ObjSecGet()

 Description:
 ObjSecurityGet() returns the read/write security level of the object
 specified by name lpszObjectName and type wObjectType. There are 5
 security levels for both read and write:

 WriteLevel           Read Level

 0     Anyone         0  Anyone

 32    Object         2  Object
 48    Supervisor     3  Supervisor
 64    NetWare        4  NetWare
 For example, if ObjSecurityGet() returns the value 49, the object has a
 security level of Supervisor write, logged read, (48+1).
 Returns NOVERRINT if an error occurs.

 Example:
 // To return the object security level of user NICK:
 iSecLevel = ObjSecurityGet( "NICK", OT_USER )
 if ( NWErrorGet() = 0 )
    ? "User NICK has a bindery security level of ", iSecLevel
 endif
