 DirNmeChg()
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Purpose:
 Rename a network directory.

 Syntax:
 bResult = DirNmeChg( lpszOldName, lpszNewName )

 Parameters:
 lpszOldName The old NetWare directory name.
 lpszNewName The new NetWare directory name.

 Returns:
 A boolean value (TRUE or FALSE).

 Description:
 DirNmeChg() renames a network directory from lpszOldName to lpszNewName.
 Both lpszOldName and lpszNewName must be the full directory paths,
 including the volume name.

 Example:
 // To rename directory SYS:DATA\WP to SYS:DATA\WORD:
 if ( DirNmeChg( "SYS:DATA\WP", "SYS:DATA\WORD" ) )
    ? "Directory SYS:DATA\WP is now called SYS:DATA\WORD"
 endif

 Notes:
 This function only works on network directories and appropriate
 trustee access rights are required.
