 FilAccDteGet() / FilAccDteSet()
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Purpose:
 Get / set the last date a file was accessed.

 Syntax:
 lpszDate = FilAccDteGet( lpszfilename )
 lpszDate = FilAccDteSet( lpszfilename,

 lpszNewDate )

 Parameters:
 lpszfilename The full NetWare directory path of the file.
 lpszNewDate  The new date.

 Returns:
 A character string of length 8 (see Notes).

 Description:
 FilAccDteGet() returns the date that the file specified by
 lpszfilename was last accessed. lpszfilename must be the full directory
 path, including the volume name and the name of the file itself, e.g.
 SYS:DATA\KATIE.DOC.

 FilAccDteSet() sets the access date for the specified file lpszfilename
 to the specified date lpszNewDate and returns the previous access date.
 "Last accessed date" is the last date that the specified file was opened.
 This may not be the same date that the file was last modified.
 Returns an empty string if an error occurs.

 Example:
 // To find the date on which SYS:DATA\KATIE.DOC was last accessed:

 lpszModDate = FilAccDteGet( "SYS:DATA\KATIE.DOC" )
 if ( !empty( lpszModDate ) )
    ? "SYS:DATA\KATIE.DOC was last accessed on ", lpszModDate
 endif

 // To change the last accessed date of SYS:DATA\KATIE\KATIE.DOC to
 // today's date:

 lpszoldDate = FilAccDteSet( "SYS:DATA\KATIE.DOC", date() )
 lpszNewDate = FilAccDteGet( "SYS:DATA\KATIE.DOC" )
 if ( !empty( lpszNewDate ) )
    ? "SYS:DATA\KATIE.DOC's last access date is now", lpszNewDate
 endif

 Notes:
 Appropriate trustee access rights are required to use these
 functions.

 The format of the date values is the ANSI style "yyyymmdd" except with
 CA-Clipper and CA-Visual Objects where the date values are of type DATE.
