 FSBindOpn()
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Purpose:
 Open the file server's bindery.

 Syntax:
 bResult = FSBindOpn()

 Parameters:
 None.

 Returns:
 A boolean value (TRUE or FALSE).

 Description:
 FSBindOpn() returns TRUE if the bindery is opened successfully.

 Returns FALSE if not, or if an error occurs.

 FSBindOpn() normally follows a call to FSBindCls().

 Example:
 // To back up the bindery files to drive A:
 if( FSBindCls() )
    if ( left( NWVerNumGet(), 1 ) = "2" )
       copy file SYS:SYSTEM\NET$BIND.SYS to a:NET$BIND.SYS
       copy file SYS:SYSTEM\NET$BVAL.SYS to a:NET$BVAL.SYS
    else
       copy file SYS:SYSTEM\NET$OBJ.SYS  to a:NET$OBJ.SYS
       copy file SYS:SYSTEM\NET$PROP.SYS to a:NET$PROP.SYS
       copy file SYS:SYSTEM\NET$VAL.SYS  to a:NET$VAL.SYS
    endif
    FSBindOpn()
 endif

 Notes:
 This function requires Supervisor or console operator equivalence.

 If FALSE is returned, check NWErrorGet().
