 FSUsrDel()
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Purpose:
 Delete a user from the file server.

 Syntax:
 bResult = FSUsrDel( lpszUserName )

 Parameters:
 lpszUserName The login name of the user to delete.

 Returns:
 A boolean value (TRUE or FALSE).

 Description:
 FSUsrDel() returns TRUE if the user specified by lpszUserName is
 deleted from the file server.

 Returns FALSE if not, or if an error occurs.

 Example:
 // To delete the user STEVE from the file server:
 if ( FSUsrDel( "STEVE" ) )
    ? "User STEVE has been deleted from the network"
 endif

 Notes:
 This function requires Supervisor equivalence. If FALSE is
 returned, check NWErrorGet().
