 GrpUsrTst()

 Purpose:
 Verify user is in a group.

 Syntax:
 bResult = GrpUsrTst( lpszUserName,   lpszGroupName )

 Parameters:
 lpszUserName  The login name of the user.
 lpszGroupName The name of the group.

 Returns:
 A boolean value (TRUE or FALSE).

 Description:
 GrpUsrTst() returns TRUE if the user specified by lpszUserName is a
 member of the user group specified by lpszGroupName.

 Returns FALSE if not, or if an error occurs.

 Example:
 // To verify that user SARA is a member of the group ACCOUNTS:
 if( GrpUsrTst( "SARA", "ACCOUNTS" ) )
    ? "User SARA is a member of group ACCOUNTS"
 endif

 Notes:
 GrpUsrTst() uses SetPrpIDTst() to test whether the user's
 bindery object ID is in the GROUP_MEMBERS property value of the group.

 If FALSE is returned, check NWErrorGet().
