 PSOprDel()
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Purpose:
 Delete a print server operator.

 Syntax:
 bResult = PSOprDel(lpszUser, lpszPrintServer)

 Parameters:
 lpszUser        The name of the user.
 lpszPrintServer The name of the print server.

 Returns:
 A boolean value (TRUE or FALSE).

 Description:
 PSOprDel() deletes the user lpszUser from the operator list of
 print server lpszPrintServer.

 Returns TRUE if successful, or FALSE if an error occurs.

 Example:
 // To delete user DAVE from the operators list of print server PRINTERS:
 if ( PSOprDel( "DAVE", "PRINTERS" ) )
    ? "User DAVE is no longer an operator on print server PRINTERS"
 endif

 Notes:
 PSOprDel() deletes the object ID of a user from the
 PS_OPERATORS set property value of the print server on the associated file
 server using SetPrpIDDel().

 This function requires Supervisor equivalence.
