 System Requirements

 The minimum requirements to use NOVLIB functions under DOS are: an IBM-PC,
 XT, AT PS/2 or compatible computer running under DOS version 3.0 or later
 (this is necessary for DOS network support), 3.5 inch disk drive, and one
 hard disk, a supported compiler and Novell NetWare version 2.1 or later. In
 addition, to run under Windows, NOVLIB requires an IBM compatible 386
 computer running Windows 3.1 or later running in enhanced mode, Windows
 `95, Windows NT, or WIN-OS2 with appropriate NetWare drivers installed. The
 hard disk space occupied by NOVLIB when all files have been installed is
 approximately 3.0Mb.
