Preprocessor

Various #commands and #defines can be found in the following files:

RQB.CH         #commands and #defines for use with the RDD.  Includes 
               commands such as:

                    USE ... DEFINITION
                    INDEX ON 
                    SET SERVER FILTER

RASQLB.CH      Useful #commands and #defines for use with the Library.  If 
               using the RDD, use RQB.CH instead.

COLLATE.CH     Various #defines for Alternate Collating Sequences (ACS) for 
               internationalization of RaSQL/B.
