Format of Graphics Character Set Override:
Offset  Size    Description
 00h    BYTE    Number of displayable character rows
 01h    WORD    Length in bytes of each character in font table
 03h    DWORD   ptr to font table
 07h    BYTEs   Array of mode values to which this font is to pertain
        BYTE    FFh end of array
