        AX = 5FA4h
        BX = 0-based stream index number
        DS:SI -> buffer for stream information (see below)
        ES:DI -> ASCIZ machine name in form "\\machine"
Return: CF clear if successful
        CF set on error
            AX = error code
        BX = next stream number

Format of stream information:
Offset  Size    Description
 00h    BYTE    queueing of jobs for logical printer (0=disabled,other=enabled)
 01h 11 BYTEs   logical printer resourse template (may contain ? wildcards)
